Elisabeth is an experienced leader with a long-standing, deep background in Diabetes, leading the Diabetes, Cardiovascular and Metabolism Development team in R&D at Sanofi. After her clinical career overseeing many people living with Type 1 or 2 Diabetes, Elisabeth joined Sanofi in 2006 and has served for a variety of Diabetes projects as development leader, bringing several transformative medicines to patients around the globe. Elisabeth obtained her M.D. in Frankfurt, Germany, and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Diabetology.
